Room Rental Rates
For parties over twenty persons, the Ocean City Marlin Club requires an
approved contract by the Board of Directors in order to secure a date
& quality of service.  You must be a member of the Ocean City Marlin Club to rent the banquet room.  The banquet room is available with the Boards’ approval for private functions Sunday through Thursday before 7 p.m., so as to not interrupt regular food service.*  The banquet rental is for a four hour event.  Events over 4 hours will be charged $100 for each additional hour. 

Accommodations include:
linen rentals, flatware, glassware, tables, chairs, and cleaning. 

Payment

In order to secure both the room and the date, a deposit of the full room rental fee will be due upon the signing of the contract.  Amanda Shick will have the invoice of remaining fees completed on the next business day following the event.  The member is responsible for payment in full.  Final payment is due within 1-week of completion of the special event.  The OCMC accepts personal checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  Banquet room rates are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

Taxes and Service Charges
All prices are subject to an 18% service charge.  6% Maryland tax will be added to food, beverages, and all other applicable charges.  A charge will also be applied if an OCMC manager is required to be on-site during the event.

Number of Attendees

A final count must be provided two weeks prior to the event.

Off-Site Catering
Having the event catered is highly suggested.  OCMC servers will be provided per request at a rate of $100 per server.  OCMC must be notified if servers are required at least 2-weeks prior to the event. 

No beverages may be brought onto the Ocean City Marlin Club property as the Ocean City Marlin Club exclusively provides this service.


*No rentals May 1—October 31, unless otherwise approved by the Board of Directors.
